HR Assist Bot — AI Knowledge Base for a Payroll Company
Internal HR processes in a large payroll company were overloaded with routine employee requests. Finding up-to-date information on policies, leave, sick days, and compensation took too much time — both for employees and for HR managers, who had to repeatedly answer the same questions.
Information was scattered across documents, emails, and local instructions, which led to errors and reduced operational efficiency.
Create a centralized, intuitive tool for fast access to internal HR information. The goal was to reduce HR workload, shorten response search time for employees, and build a self-improving system continuously updated by users themselves.
We developed HR Assist Bot — an AI-powered chatbot for internal use. The bot was integrated into the corporate messenger and acted as a live, continuously growing knowledge base.
