By ticking the consent box in a form on this site and sending the form, I freely, by my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Automation Factory LLC (Sp. z o.o.), tax id PL5253077478, ul. Nowy Świat 33/13, 00-029 Warszawa, Poland (the operator, contact: contact@automationfactory.dev) to process my personal data on the terms below.
1. Which data
My name; the company I named, if I named one; my e-mail address; the text of my enquiry; and the technical data of the request recorded when the form is sent — IP address, browser and the time of sending.
2. Why
To answer my enquiry: to contact me, to show a demonstration, to prepare and send a proposal, and to keep the history of the correspondence.
3. What the operator does with the data
Collection, recording, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer to the processors named in the privacy policy, blocking, deletion and destruction — with and without automation. The data is not published, is not used for advertising, is not sold, and no automated decisions about me are taken.
4. How long
While the enquiry is being handled and for twelve months after the last exchange, or until I withdraw this consent — whichever comes first.
5. Where the data goes
The operator is established in the European Union. The site, its database and the mail delivery are provided from the United States, and that transfer relies on the adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses with the provider.
6. How to withdraw
At any time, by writing to contact@automationfactory.dev. The operator stops the processing and deletes the data within one month. Withdrawal does not affect what was lawfully processed before it.
